FULLY AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC TILE-BACK TIRE CHANGER

1. Fully automatic tire changer, adopts tilt-back structure. Tilt back and forth are controlled and locked pneumatically.
2. The demount head is made of high-quality alloy steel, with high strength and more durable. Equipped as standard with complete mount/demount head protectors.
3. 40mm diameter metal hex bar, able to handle all kinds of run-flat and low-profile tires with beautiful shape, strong and durable, needs no after-sales service.
4. Bigger machine cabinet and standard 24'' turntable (26'' optional) greatly increase working strength. The turntable is made of special steel plates, not easy to deform.
5. Equipped as standard with a right helper arm, which, installed at a higher position for a more flexible operation, is able to be locked at any position needed.
6. Pneumatic roller disc helps lift heavy tires. Quick clamping with central positioning function. The nylon bead roller leaves no mark on the rim and makes tire changing easier.
7. Adjustable pressing shovel saves labor for tire pressing. Enhanced shovel arm with quality shovel protective cover, and anti-skid bead breaker buffer.
