1.Fully automatic tire changer, adopts a tilt-back structure. Tilt back and forth are driven and locked pneumatically.
2.The demounting head is made of special material, with high strength and lifetime warranty. The 41mm diameter metal hex bar can deal with all kinds of low profile tires.
3.Bigger machine cabinet and standard 24'' working plate greatly increase working strength. The working plate is made of special steel, not easy to deform. Double-sided polishing process makes the surface brighter and more beautiful.
4.The column is made of steel plate with 4mm thickness and high robustness. Strengthened welding of the front base of the column enhances the overall intensity, suitable for all kinds of tires' mounting and demounting.
5. Equipped with 80mm high quality full aluminum small-diameter cylinders for the working table. The clamping force is 58kg higher than 75mm cylinders. Equipped as standard with full aluminum cylinders, which are rustproof and increase service life.
6. Equipped as standard with complete mount/demount head protectors, and non-slip and durable jaw protectors, which make clamping easier and increase efficiency, avoiding scratches on rims.
7. Equipped as standard with a tool box for easy operation. Equipped with digital inflating gun, and aluminum pedal assembly.
8. Pendular pressing shovel reduces effort of tire pressing. Enhanced shovel structure with quality shovel protective cover, and anti-skid bead breaker buffer.
9. Optional helper arm and tire inflation device, labor saving.
